RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

REFUNDS

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. (Etc.: If you don’t need product anymore.) To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. 

To begin refund procedure, customer must email us with order number and explanation why it has to be returned. Once we confirm return, product must be returned for inspection. Once return and inspection confirmed, we will issue refund in 5-7 business days.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customer is responsible for returning and paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


WARRANTY

All our products have lifetime warranty. If product is damaged, all orders are eligible for one time replacement or same amount of store credit for other products.

REPLACEMENT

In order to receive replacement, customer have to contact us with order number, detail description and pictures of damage. Once we confirm replacement, customer must return product for inspection. 

Customer is responsible for returning and paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive retuned product, inspect it and confirm damage, we will send new replacement to same address as original order address.

SALE & REDUCED PRICE PRODUCTS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately reduced price and sale items cannot be refunded. Only replacement warranty applies.

ORDER CANCELATION

We do not cancel orders.
